HoEs conduct on-site inspections and functional tests of fire alarms, sprinklers, extinguishers, emergency lighting, and exit signage to ensure systems are operational and compliant.
They verify that maintenance logs, service reports, and emergency evacuation plans are up to date and meet Abu Dhabi Civil Defense standards.
After inspection, HoEs issue a formal report confirming fire and life safety compliance, which is submitted to Civil Defense via the Smart Hub portal to maintain legal clearance.
